Shipping Policy

Most Caleb’s Collection orders ship on the next business day (Monday–Thursday) after the order is placed. Each item is packed with care to preserve its condition as a unique studio artifact, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.

If you need to update your shipping address, adjust your shipping method, or correct any details on your order, please contact support@calebscollection.com as quickly as possible.

Once an item has shipped, we are not able to reroute or modify the delivery, so timely communication is essential.

Processing Times

  • Most orders: Ship next business day (Monday–Thursday).
  • High-volume periods: May take up to 2 business days.
  • Weekends & holidays: Orders ship the following business day.

Every item in the collection is singular, so shipping is handled directly from our studio with individual attention.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

  • At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options based on your location.
  • All orders include tracking.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.
  • Once a package is handed off to the carrier, transit delays are outside our control — but we’re always happy to help investigate if something seems off.

International Shipping

International shipping options are displayed at checkout. Please be aware:

  • Customs fees, import duties, VAT, and other international charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Only DHL currently offers an option to pre-pay duties for international shipments.
  • Delivery estimates vary by country and may be extended due to customs processing.
  • Some countries may limit or restrict particular products; please check your local regulations if you are unsure.

Shipping Address Issues

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the package is returned to us, we can resend it to a corrected address, though additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, please email us as soon as possible. We will help file a claim with the carrier and determine the best path forward, keeping in mind the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece.
